1. Medical content: the honest architecture
Cougar Puberty Club does not have a medical reviewer and never claims one. Health content publishes with organizational authorship and authoritative inline sources while being explicitly marked not medically reviewed.

This content is for information and conversation, not diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician. If something feels wrong, talk to your healthcare provider. No fabricated citations, no invented studies, no "according to experts" without a link, no invented patient stories, no cure claims.
2. Claim tiers
Every factual claim carries one of four labels, rendered next to its citation:
- Established: consensus guidance from major medical organizations (e.g., NAMS, ACOG, Endocrine Society, CDC, NIH) or strong systematic reviews.
- Emerging: newer or single studies; always hedged.
- Manufacturer claim: what a company says about its own product; reported, not endorsed.
- Lived experience: what community members report; never stated as clinical guidance.
If a claim can't be sourced to the first three, it doesn't get published as fact.
3. Sourcing standard
- Every factual claim links a real, currently-live authoritative source; the access date is stamped on the source record.
- Source links are verified at publish and re-verified every 90 days.
- A dead source link is a blocking defect.
- All sources are listed in our public source index.
4. Product reviews
We do not run a lab and never claim to. Reviews are built from manufacturer claims (attributed), cited research, community reports, and facts we verify ourselves. No invented star ratings, no payment for coverage, every "skip it" verdict is allowed to kill a revenue link. Full details in the affiliate disclosure.
5. Provenance over process
Every factual claim on Cougar Puberty Club resolves to a real, currently-live source recorded in our public source index. No material is accepted as a source, credential, interview, personal experience, or proof that a claim is true unless it can be traced to that record, however it was produced. The organizational Editorial Desk remains accountable for sourcing, corrections, and publication decisions.
6. Independence
We never accept payment for coverage. Free products are accepted only with disclosure. Affiliate commissions never influence what we cover or how we rate it.
7. Privacy
We set no cookies, store no advertising identifiers, and never sell subscriber data. See the privacy policy.
8. Enforcement
